2026 Names To Remember
The 2022-23 regular season is flying right along in the state of Florida, so it is time to look at underrated prospects in different classes.
Wrapping up with the freshman class, 2026, here are some names to remember.
2026 6-7 G Alex Constanza – Westminster
With the new game guard skillset, Alex Constanza is truly an emerging talent in South Florida. He has a high IQ, can handle the rock with ease, attack and kick out to teammates. Length is on his side and he is well on his way already as the mold of a versatile wing. Constanza averaged just north of 14.0 PPG as an 8th grader with Mater Academy and now with a very gifted Westminster group, he is second on the team with 15.0 PPG, 6.4 RPG and first with 4.5 APG. His upside is endless.
Offer List: Creighton, IUPUI, Dayton
2026 6-4 G Jermal Jones – Bell Creek
Jermal Jones is another prospect on this list that made waves as an 8th grader. He averaged 17.9 PPG and 9.3 RPG at Bell Creek a season ago. Suffering an ankle injury in early December, Jones returned to full force on Saturday in a loss to Victory Christian where he dropped 26 points and eight rebounds. He’s athletic as they come. The best part of his game is that he is in full control of the backcourt and gets everyone around him going with his energy and toughness. His upside is evident.
Offer List: NJIT
2026 6-4 G Collin Paul – Jupiter Christian
Collin Paul is one of the most unphased freshmen, I have seen over the last year. The big-bodied guard is a skilled ballhandler and is unselfish as they come. He has a solid-looking jumper, always loves to get everyone else involved before himself and drives when he needs to. Paul has the frame to be a successful prospect and someone who is already on his way.
2026 6-6 G/F Herly Brutus – Umatilla
On a team led by two high-scoring seniors, Herly Brutus has settled in nicely at Umatilla. The lengthy guard can defend all positions as well as handle the rock, drive and kick with purpose. Brutus has a ton of pure athleticism and is just scratching the surface of his full potential.
2026 6-5 F Brandon Brazell – Martin County
Brandon Brazell has impressed, especially with his presence on defense as a shot blocker and tenacious rebounder. He has a well-formed outside jumper and is a very gifted leaper on both ends of the floor. Brazell is someone who keeps earning key minutes for Martin County and should flourish further once his offensive game expands.
