Here is a look at the top performances on Day 2 on Thursday.
ICYMI: Standouts: 3SSB Championships (Day 1)
2024 6-0 G Sharron Young – Midwest Basketball Club
Midwest Basketball Club always brings sound basketball and really good all-around games. Sharron Young (Pictured Above) was the perfect floor spacer and leader for the 17U squad in a win over Upward Stars. The 2024 6-foot guard had 16 points and put his team in the right spots all game long. He has a nice jumper and can be disruptive when he gets in the lane. Young is in constant motion on both ends.
2024 6-0 G Gianni Cobb – Team Rose

Team Rose has an explosive point guard in Gianni Cobb. In a win over Brookwood Elite, the 2024 6-foot guard flat-out balled. Cobb recorded 19 points and proved himself as a powerful and bursty attacker. He is a blur in transition and someone who can spark your team and lead it as well. Cobb deserves much more attention from college programs.
2025 6-6 G Braden Frager – ETG Midwest

From the opening tip, Braden Frager made it known he was on the floor. The 2025 6-foot-6 ETG Midwest guard tried to throw a vicious one-handed dunk on the fast break early on. He is a very intelligent and solid player. Frager finished with 15 points in a win over the Arkansas Hawks, shot it well, paced the floor and got to the rim with purposeful takes. He is a winner who makes everyone better.
2024 6-5 G Cayden Ward – Jalen Green Elite

Jalen Green Elite battled down the stretch to pull out the win over Wildcat Select in an evening matchup. The 2024 6-foot-5 guard Cayden Ward was clutch all game long in the matchup. He had smart takes at the rim, purposeful pushes in transition and an overall athletic showing. Ward is very smooth at the point of attack.
2024 6-7 G Jayden Harris – Team Loaded VA

Jayden Harris proved on Thursday why he is a Wake Forest commit in a big way in a win over New World. The 2024 6-7 guard was on the attack all game. He has great positional size and finishes in traffic with a great touch. Harris fed his teammates often and was physically and vocally active on defense. Keep his name on your radar as he heads into his senior campaign.
2025 6-5 G Caleb Williams – Austin Rivers SE Elite

Austin Rivers SE Elite has some very gifted athletes on its 16U squad. Caleb Williams was scoring in bunches in an overtime win over K-Low Elite. The 2025 6-5 guard netted 17 points with some shifty moves to create his own shot and he hit from all over the floor. Williams continues to improve two-fold and is rising up the ranks.
Other notable performers:
2025 6-9 F Oswin Erhunwunse – BABC
In a late comeback win over Austin Rivers SE Elite, Oswin Erhunwunse was getting to the rim and baiting defenders with his hard-nosed takes. He knows his role and digs deep down low.
2025 7-0 F Moustapha Thiam – Austin Rivers SE Elite
Moustapha Thiam has very good hands and footwork and it showed against BABC. Playing a grade up, he’s emerging as one of the top bigs in the state of Florida and a legit two-way prospect.
2025 6-2 G Kylan Neville – Arkansas Hawks
Kylan Neville was super active all game long in an early morning loss to ETG Midwest. He’s a gifted shooter and a strong-minded guard.
2024 6-3 G Makhai Valentine – Wildcat Select
Headed to Link Academy Prep, Makhai Valentine was perhaps the best listed 2023 prospect in the gym. He got to the paint and finished with ease and versatility.
2026 6-9 F Toni Bryant – Austin Rivers SE Elite
Around the rim, Toni Bryant proved himself with good burst, finishing touch and dunks in a loss to the Atlanta Celtics. He’s coming along and still has to further his handle and jumper, but down low, he’s a big asset.
2026 6-2 G Lamarrion Lewis – Atlanta Celtics
One of the most gifted passers I saw on the day was Lamarrion Lewis. For the Atlanta Celtics, he totaled 13 points and a lot of crafty dishes and drives.
