Sun Bash Tampa Bay | Year 9 Teams

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA – Sun Bash Tampa Bay (Powered by The Hoop Vibe) is set to take place on Thursday, Jan. 1 – Saturday, Jan. 3 at Northside Christian.

24 games will be played with 21 total teams participating in the 9th annual event across right at the end of the holiday break in January.

In eight years of the Sun Bash Series, just over 400 players have gone up to suit up for a college program. So far 20 players have made it to the professional level. Specifically 14 players in the NBA: Anthony Edwards (No. 1 overall – 2020), Josh Green (No. 18 overall – 2020), Jaden Springer (No. 28 overall – 2021), Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (No. 32 overall – 2021), Moussa Diabate (No. 43 overall – 2022), Jarace Walker (No. 8 overall – 2023), Taylor Hendricks (No. 9 overall – 2023), Jett Howard (No. 11 overall – 2023), Walter Clayton Jr. (No. 18 overall – 2025), Asa Newell (No. 23 overall – 2025), Alex Fudge (UDFA) and more.
