“I respect Jake and The Hoop Vibe team,” Dupay said. “There’s synergy between us and everything he [Perper] is doing for the kids and coaches in the state of Florida is awesome. It’s exciting to support the fall league this year.”

Teddy Dupay, a 1998 McDonald’s All-American scored just under 3,800 total points in his four years at Cape Coral Mariner, averaging a whopping 41.5 PPG as a senior. Florida’s “Mr. Basketball” and all-time leading scorer would go onto play for the Florida Gators and Billy Donovan.

Years later, Dupay launched the Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy based out of Tampa and he says his No. 1 mission is to “help kids and move the game of basketball forward in Florida.”

He hosts camps and shooting clinics all year long for kids of all age groups. Dupay knows how to get through to kids through basketball and he does a wonderful job explaining techniques and the proper skills to improve.

Any kid interested in getting professional training and guidance in the game of basketball, then look no further than the Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy.
