The Hoop Vibe Fall League: Week 8 Standouts

2023 Southeast guard Aaron Barton at The Hoop Vibe Fall League in St. Pete, FL. (2022)

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA – Week 8 of The Hoop Vibe Fall League was completed on Saturday at Admiral Farragut Academy. Six games were played at the 10-week Saturday Fall League on a competitive day of hoops in the gym.

Two more weeks remain on Oct. 15 and Oct. 22.

Here are the top standouts from the day:

2025 5-10 G Jacob Daniels – Gibbs

Gibbs had five double-digit scorers in a win over a young Pinellas Park squad. Jacob Daniels was at the forefront with 24 points as he shot it well from deep and got nice open looks…2025 6-1 guard Mathis Roberts (14 points), Keena Taylor (14 points), 2023 6-5 forward Kaleb Watson (12 points), 2024 6-2 guard Adrian Dorsey (11 points) all reached double digits as well.

2023 6-0 G Aaron Barton – Southeast

Averaging just over 20 PPG in seven games, Aaron Barton netted yet another 20 plus point performance in a win over Countryside. He tallied 22 points and was locked in from the jump. Barton is a talented player who knows how to score and push the tempo in transition.

2024 6-1 G Mike Moten – Lakewood

For Lakewood, it was its first appearance in the league and Mike Moten made the most of it with a team-best 22 point outing in a loss to Bradenton Christian. He’s a crafty ballhandler and very gifted scorer. Moten should have a steady year after transferring in from Shorecrest Prep.

2024 6-0 G Jaden Baker – Bradenton Christian

Bradenton Christian continues to get steady production from junior leader Jaden Baker. He is a very skilled finisher and has a sneaky athleticness to him that really helps hurt defenses. With 17 points, Baker led the way in a win over Lakewood…2025 5-11 guard Aaron Clark (12 points) has shown flashes this fall of a consistent offensive threat.

2023 6-3 G Sam Duckworth – St. Pete

St. Pete used a strong second half to put away Clearwater. Sam Duckworth has shined over the last month and his big guard mentality was on full display with 15 points. He’s a strong body with nice speed and scoring touch. 2023 6-6 forward Dylan Kramer did his thing, at the basket with 17 points.

2023 6-2 G Preston Church – Largo

It was a fun outing for Preston Church. The vocal and speedy guard excels in transition and he was giving Admiral Farragut’s defense fits with 18 points. Time and time again, he got inside and finished…2024 6-2 guard Nick Garrison was shooting at a high level with 14 points of his own.

2024 5-11 G Kaleb Oriol – Admiral Farragut

Admiral Farragut played perhaps its most complete game of the fall as Kaleb Oriol produced a team-best 23 points and 2024 6-8 forward Vuk Lazarevic added 18 points. Oriol is a scorer simple and plain and he was hitting open looks in this one. Lazarevic got into the paint and used his size to his advantage.

2023 6-3 G Kobie White – Countryside

Countryside is starting to settling into what lineups works best and Kobie White has proven to be a top piece week after week. With 15 points on Saturday against a scrappy Southeast group, he connected on some nice mid-range jumpers and has nice length as an attacker.

2024 6-2 G Lorenzo Cason – Victory Christian

Victory Christian won a chippy game in its final tilt in the fall league over Calvary Christian. Lorenzo Cason and 2025 6-1 guard Jozia Scott each recorded 10 points. Cason has been tough with the ball and someone who continues to battle and score game in and game out. Scott is a quick twitch guard who has a steady jump shot.

2023 6-0 G Dominic Sarigumba – Calvary Christian

Dominic Sarigumba has earned valuable time as the lead point guard a ton this fall and his mix of handles and scoring help his side. He had 12 points in the loss to Victory Christian and showed a ton of poise a long the way…2023 5-10 guard Charlie Pals had his best game of the fall with 10 points.

2025 6-2 G Johnathan Silva – Clearwater

This was certainly the top outing of the fall for Johnathan Silva. With 10 points, he was the leading scorer for a youthful Clearwater squad. He has a nice jumper that was working well…2026 6-1 Kris Foote is at his best when he follows his shot and finds openings. He did just that with nine points.
