The Hoop Vibe is the home of high school boys and girls basketball recruiting, events and more founded and run by long time scout Jake Perper. Covering the state of Florida and the rest of the country, we aim to provide top notch events, coverage and recruiting. Previously, Perper was the Southeast Scouting Director for the Prep Hoops Circuit and the lead scout for Prep Hoops’ Florida site for seven years
