VIP subscriptions renew automatically for your convenience. If you forget to renew, you will not have to stress about sending out renewal notices or missing out on your subscription benefits. The subscription is yours to control and you can contact us at any time to alter your plan at any time.

Absolutely! You change or cancel your VIP subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will no longer be charged for any future bills. However, your cancellation will start at the end of your current billing phase and you will continue to have access until that billing phase ends.

Per our terms of service, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel your account by emailing us, all future charges associated with your account will be canceled. However, we will not refund any charges that have already occurred.
