2025 6-7 F D.J. Wimbley – Westminster

Westminster has one of the most versatile, youthful and talented squads you’ll see across the state. 2025 6-foot-7 forward D.J. Wimbley shined in an afternoon win over SIAA group Oldsmar Christian. He dropped 29 points. Wimbley has the length, ballhandling ability and IQ to finish as a jump shooter and driver. His upside is endless.

—2023 6-foot-9 forward Jaylen Carey (17 points) has slimmed down and looks stronger, more active and handles the ball well for his size. Carey heads to James Madison in the fall and is a nice fit.

2023 6-8 F Danielius Kasparas – Sagemont

Danielius Kasparas proved his worth all game long in a five-point win over First Baptist. The 6-foot-8 Sagemont big was active on the boards, smooth as a finisher and a no non-sense player when it came to drives and feeds. With 20 points, he impressed me and is someone all college coaches need to take notice of right now.

—2023 6-foot-4 guard Maxx Martinez (15 points) had some bright moments with his outside jumper and transition play. 2023 6-foot-7 guard Tynan Becker (10 points) brought the energy and did well when attacking the rim.

2023 6-3 G Latrell Davis – First Baptist

It was quite the outing for Naples First Baptist 6-foot-3 guard Latrell Davis. With a day high of 33 points, he did just about everything for his squad against a lengthy and experienced Sagemont squad in a five-point loss. Davis netted 18 of his team’s 26 first half points. In the second half, he had bigger volume but still was working hard. Davis is a true playmaker and will do well wherever he lands at the next level.

—2024 6-foot-4 forward Adrian Rodriguez (10 points) has settled into a two-way role since transferring in from Lake Nona this summer. 2026 6-foot-5 forward Jayden Petit (6 points) had flashes and is a freshman to monitor down in Southwest Florida.

2024 6-0 G Leroy Roker – Fort Myers Canterbury

In the opening tilt of the day Canterbury fought back for a tough nosed two-point win over Venice. 2024 6-foot guard Leroy Roker continues to be one of the most put together guards in Southwest Florida. He’s fast, elusive and will challenge you as a defender. Roker added 32 points in an all-around game as the Cougars never gave up.

—2025 6-foot-7 forward Jerry Ashley (11 points) was at his best when he attacked and drew contact. 2023 6-foot-4 guard Mattew Dunn (11 points) had some big lay-ins late and was key to the cause.

2023 6-5 G Noah French – Barron Collier

Barron Collier is a true pick your poison squad with three to four guys who can score in bunches. For the bulk of the win over Cardinal Mooney, it was 2023 6-foot-5 guard Noah French who led the charge with 23 points. He hit deep 3’s with ease and was active on the glass with his big frame.

—2023 6-foot-4 guard Mikey Reyes (21 points) is one of the most athletic players in his area. He grabbed boards and finished inside often. 2023 6-foot-5 forward Brayden Touchette (14 points) was another long body who fought for his buckets.

2024 6-6 F Jaylen Robinson – Providence

Typically a balanced attack, Providence saw 2024 6-foot-6 forward Jaylen Robinson power his way to a team-best 17 points in a win over St. Pete. Robinson is a big body, who handles the ball, plays unselfishly and can finish through contact. He did all those things in the victory.

—2024 6-foot guard Brady Patterson (11 points) is a bought in lead point man and 2023 6-foot-7 guard Mason Lee (10 points) had the bulk of his jumpers in the first half but fought hard defensively.

2023 6-5 G Braylon Jackson – Oldsmar Christian

Back healthy, 6-foot-5 guard Braylon Jackson was all over the floor in a loss to Westminster. The Oldsmar Christian senior totaled 18 points and had some crafty finishes to keep his side hanging around in the opening half. Jackson is a gifted attacker and displays a nice pull-up jumper.

—2023 6-foot-5 guard Cristian Sanon (10 points) is an intriguing prospect who led the offense a lot and hit some nice looking shots.

2023 6-5 G Tristan Gross – St. Pete

A slow first half ultimately gave way to a win for Providence over St. Pete, but the Green Devils made the game close with under three minutes left. 2023 6-foot-5 guard Tristan Gross (18 points) got to his spots, including the mid-range to lead his senior heavy team. Gross was locked in from the opening tip.

—2023 6-foot-1 guard Sam Ducksworth (13 points) had some key 3’s late and is an underrated two-way player in the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area. 2026 5-foot-9 guard Emir Gainer (11 points) continues to develop and he is just scratching the surface as a creator and scorer.

2023 6-5 F Zack Hawkinson – Illinois Sacred Heart-Griffin

A versatile piece for any team, Zack Hawkinson was tough as nails for Sacred-Heart Griffin who was in town from Springfield, Illinois. With 19 points, the bulk of Hawkinson’s points came in the first half, but he is both strong and fast and doesn’t shy away from pressure. 2023 6-foot-3 guard Jake Hamilton (18 points) is a well formed shooter who you don’t want to leave open.

2023 6-4 G Eddrin Bronson – Tampa Catholic

In a back and forth tilt that came to the final horn, Tampa Catholic clipped Orlando Christian Prep by two points in a physical and fast paced game. 2023 6-foot-4 guard Eddrin Bronson (15 points) was the most effective shooter, especially late. Furman is getting a winner in him. 2024 6-foot-6 guard Karter Knox (11 points) had some powerful finishes.

2024 6-4 G Isaiah Brown – Orlando Christian Prep

Isaiah Brown’s development is quite apparent over the last year. The 2024 6-foot-4 guard is playing confidently, has added muscle and is shooting the ball well. Brown led OCP with 19 points, scoring at the rim and from the mid-range. 2024 6-foot-6 forward Marc Angueki (12 points) was all over the paint and 2024 6-foot guard Ameer Ramadam (11 points) controlled the tempo with ease.

2023 6-1 G Kjei Parker – Winter Haven

Winter Haven has a core four that can each take over games each night. It was 2023 6-foot-1 FAMU commit Kjei Parker who stretched the floor with his jumper in route to 16 points in a win over Illinois Sacred-Heart Griffin.

—2024 6-foot-5 guard Jamie Phillips (16 points) did the bulk of his damage getting to the rim. 2024 6-foot-6 guard Isaac Celiscar (12 points) battled foul trouble but had some nice lay-ins late while 2023 6-foot-8 Georgia commit Dylan James (10 points) was very good down low.

2023 6-4 G Bode Stewart – Port Charlotte

Bode Stewart ended with a team-high 21 points for Port Charlotte in a road win over Charlotte. He is a strong guard who can drive, kick and shoot. Stewart plays fast and with a ton of poise.

—2023 6-foot-7 forward Caleb Campos (11 points) played his inside role well as a finisher and rebounder while 2026 6-foot-3 guard Dallas Lambert (11 points) displayed a ton of upside as a long bodied athlete.

2023 6-3 G Kade Slaton – Venice

Venice’s offense goes through Kade Slaton and that is a good thing. The 6-foot-3 guard is a grinder and a true knockdown shooter. With 20 points, he paced the defense and was finding openings all over the floor for buckets.

—2024 guard duo, 6-foot guard Josh Chaviano (12 points) and 6-foot guard Chad Fleming (10 points) each were very good up tempo pieces for the Indians.

2024 6-4 F Kevin O’Donoghue – Cardinal Mooney

Kevin O’Donoghue is a prospect who caught my eye from the jump against Barron Collier as he took chances inside with reverse lay-ins and wasn’t afraid to shoot from long range with defenders in his face. The 2024 6-foot-4 forward ended with 17 points and was all over the floor and very active for a hard working Cardinal Mooney team.

—2024 6-foot guard Dylan Higgins (12 points) was a very good lead point man and 2023 6-foot-2 guard Randy Wilson (11 points) flashed as an elusive and speedy floor pusher.

2024 6-0 G Lucas Newcomb – Lemon Bay

A very in-sync group, Lemon Bay got it going from a mix of upperclassmen. 2024 6-foot guard Lucas Newcomb (21 points) was very effective as an attacker against Evangelical Christian. 2023 6-foot-1 guard Jace Huber (17 points) is the pace setter who got it going as a shooter. 2024 5-foot-10 guard Peyton Mason (12 points) mixed it up on both ends of the floor.

2025 6-0 G Gavin Williams – Evangelical Christian

In a close game, 2025 6-foot guard Gavin Williams shined as a shooter in route to a 24-point performance. He has a nice handle and the speed to create his own shot and time and time again, he did just that in a late night loss to Lemon Bay.

2024 6-5 G Chris Cornish – Charlotte

2024 6-foot-5 guard Chris Cornish had some fiery two-handed dunks in the opening half as he added 12 points for Charlotte in a loss to crosstown rival Port Charlotte. 2023 6-foot-6 guard John Gamble (11 points) flashed his shiftiness and downhill ability.
